Vertical type Turbine Pump is a kind of vertical axis centrifugal pump, comprising of required number of stages which accommodate rotating impellers and stationary bowl assembly. The Turbine Pump is available in rugged and heavy duty construction that ensures longer functional life. The Turbine Pump mainly consists of bowl assembly, column assembly and head assembly. Turbine Pump is made using optimum grade cast iron, bronze or stainless steel. The Turbine Pump has the driver mounted on the discharge head assembly which transmits power to head shaft. Vertical type Turbine Pump can be of hollow shaft or solid shaft design and varying drives from direct drive to pulley head or gear drive arrangement.
